Meet Ms. Macy

Owner and Teacher

Macy Holloway is a Fort Worth native and co-founder of Cowtown Kids Art Studio.

She graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Apparel Design & Manufacturing and a minor in Studio Art. With the course credit she earned from the Texas Tech School of Art, Macy went on to complete an alternative teaching certification program for Art (Early Childhood-12th Grades).

After an internship with Nordstrom, she spent several years working in highly-creative industries — such as retail visual merchandising design and marketing & advertising — while offering private elementary art tutoring and lessons.

In addition to her role as an art educator, Macy is a painter and artist, art-enthusiast and married mom of 3.

Meet Ms. Natalie

Owner and Teacher

Natalie Ledyard is a Fort Worth native and co-founder of Cowtown Kids Art Studio.

She graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Art Education and spent several years as a Fort Worth ISD Elementary Art teacher.

Natalie is also a commissioned watercolor artist, creating custom work through Natalie Ledyard Art. Her expansive portfolio includes personalized artwork featuring portraits, pets, homes, local images and client favorites. These keepsake works of art are used for weddings, baby nurseries, invitations, gifts and more. Her artwork has also been featured on a wide variety of products sold by local businesses.

In addition to her role as an artist and art educator, Natalie is an art-enthusiast and married mom of 2.

Meet Ms. Jac

Teacher

Jacqueline Copeland is a Fort Worth native, married mom of 2 boys and new lead teacher at Cowtown Kids Art Studio. She graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Art Education and spent 10 years teaching Middle School Art in Keller ISD. She is currently an Elementary School Art Teacher in Fort Worth.

In addition to her role as an art educator, Jacqueline is a commissioned calligrapher and watercolor artist. She owns A Whimsical Script Calligraphy and is a highly sought-after choice for weddings, parties, events and gifts. Jacqueline is also the artist behind many beautiful paper goods you can find in a popular local boutique.

Ms. Jac joined the Cowtown Kids Art Studio team in 2024, leading her own weekly art class and teaching a variety of seasonal art camps.

Meet Ms. Nicole

Teacher

Nicole Forbes hails from the Midwest but now calls Texas home. She joined Cowtown Kids Art Studio in 2024! 

She graduated from the University of Evansville and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Art History, respectively. Following school, Nicole quickly made her way to the Lone Star State to join the Education staff at the Dallas Museum of Art.   

In 2015, she moved to Fort Worth to oversee all extracurricular programming at Trinity Valley School for several years before founding Forbes Studio with her husband in 2022. Their work together focuses on photography education and workshops.

She loves to visit art museums, and enjoys dabbling in mixed media, watercolor, and photography in her free time.

Meet Ms. Alyssa

Teacher

Alyssa Bethea is a Carmel, California native and current FWISD Pre-K teacher at Overton Park Elementary!

She graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Human Development and Family Science and a Master’s degree in Inclusive Early Childhood Special Education. Alyssa has always loved being creative and if she wasn’t a Pre-K teacher, she would be an art teacher!

Alyssa is a recent newlywed and dog mom who loves working with little ones, getting messy and exploring different types of art. In her free time, she enjoys creating hand painted banners and custom jean jackets.

Meet Ms. Chelsea

Teacher

Chelsea Browning is a Fort Worth native dedicated to contributing to the city’s inspiring and vibrant local art community. As a budding art educator, she is excited to teach and guide young artists in their creative exploration.

She is a recent graduate of the University of North Texas, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Art Education. It was at UNT that she developed a strong foundation in both studio practices and teaching philosophy. In addition to her work in education, Chelsea is a lifelong learner, committed to fostering creativity, critical thinking, and a sense of community in the classroom.

Chelsea also has a deep appreciation for all the arts. When she’s not in the classroom, she enjoys attending concerts with friends and spending time with her loved ones. She is also a proud cat mom!
