MONTHLY AUTO-PAYMENT SUBSCRIPTION

2% SERVICE FEE APPLIED
The four-month auto-payment program runs from September-December. Please subscribe by September 6th if this is your preferred payment method. The first month’s payment will be processed the day you enroll in the payment program. Monthly payments will auto-draft the same day of the month that you initially subscribe.
If you are enrolling in auto-payments for multiple children, each subscription must be set up separately.
